The way of saying ”shiteoku” and ”shitoku” differs in colloquial and written language. 「しておく」と「しとく」口語と文語で言い方が違う
Spoken Japanese is sometime omitted and change pronunciation, such as "Shiteoku"(I'll do it later) becomes "Shitoku," and "Yonde-oku," becomes "Yondoku." This lesson gives examples and grammatical explanations.
